System Wide Maintenance, Sunday October 29, 2017

we may perform new hardware installations and maintenance on our server equipment. The service interruptions should last no longer that an hour or two.

As of August 31, 2017, we will no longer be offering free email accounts with a simple domain purchases.


Due to the overwhelming request for email support both within our servers and with other people’s mail servers, we have concluded, that initial support and email setup will be provided with your mail account free of charge, however support services subsequent to and outside of those will require a support contract at the rate of $50 per hour with a minimum charge of ½ hour for each support ticket. We can research other individual’s problems as they relate to you but cannot guarantee a resolution to issues outside of our own services. Again, this support will be at your own expense.


If you currently have one of these free services then you will be required to add/change your hosting plan, or purchase an email only hosting. We will cease offering this service as of the end of August 2017.  You can visit our hosting website to see in greater detail the hosting packages we offer or contact our office to find out more.


Please send an email to our help desk team at  or visit our helpdesk system at if you would like to be set up on new services. If we do not hear from you prior to the end of August 2017, you risk losing your email services.


This situation only applies if you are not currently hosting a website with us or have not purchased an email service only package from us. This will allow us to better provide service and support to our paying clients.

NOTE: Free Email support for our existing clients does not include researching issues occurring outside of our own systems and will be performed at our specified support cost. Purchase of web hosting or email services, constitutes agreement and acceptance of these terms of support

Email Recovery Changes.

Dear clients,


As time goes on we are seeing more and more people expanding their email services and usage.

This has brought with it a greater need for more technical support as there has been a considerable increase in email issues everywhere.


As these issues are generally specific to an email address or domain and there have been greater demands placed on time and resource usage.

Location of individual emails and other issues external to our own equipment and services can no longer be supported by our support staff.


Please bear in mind when requesting support, that time spent on all issues determined to be outside of our support area may be invoiced at the rate of $90 per hour.

Request of that support is a binding contract.


There are public tools online for those who wish to track email or domain information or whether a server happens to be blacklisted, etc.

If you are waiting to receive an email from someone and not receiving it, that is generally an issue with the sending server.

If it happens to be on one of the many blacklists, those providers that utilize that technology will block any email from that sender.


When presenting the information to us or another provider for support, please try to provide as much information regarding the issue as possible.


We will support our clients and our services but tight business times prevent us from supporting other providers clients or services.
