Did you know you need to update the Government Registry when there are changes in your Corporation?

Adding Directors, removing Directors, Adding Shareholders, removing Shareholders, increasing Share Quantity or transferring shares all need to be recorded in the Registry and reflected in your Corporate Minute Book.

Often times these changes need to be recorded in the Registry within 15 days of the event taking place!

The best way to protect your Corporation is to make sure that you keep your Corporate Filings up to date. You can file all of these changes online through our Corporate Filings tab.
