Alberta Corporate Revivals

When a Corporation fails to file their Corporate Annual Returns for two consecutive years, the corporation is struck off the Alberta Corporate Registry.

Often, the Corporation did not intentionally miss filing their Corporate Annual returns and in order to continue on business the corporation needs to file Articles of Revival to be revived.

We can revive corporations by filing each of the outstanding Corporate Annual Returns up to a maximum of 5. If your corporation has been struck for more than 5 years, unfortunately, you will not have the option to revive it. You will need to start a new Corporation.

If you need to revive your company, give us a call so that we can accurately research your current corporate status and assess what will be needed to revive the corporation as seamlessly as possible.
