New Icewarp Interface - Email Password reminder

This morning, due to an attack on the email server we encountered some service interruptions. We are actively blocking the attack and will continue to monitor the situation.

The attack was let in due to a poorly constructed email password for an Administrative account.

Please take a moment to review your Administrative and User Passwords to ensure that they meet the following requirements:

Must be 8 characters long
Must contain one number
Must contain one Uppercase letter
Do not include special characters

We would like to thank you very much for taking the time to review your passwords.

In addition, you will notice that the Icewarp interface has changed significantly. We will be working on updating our knowledgebase articles to help you navigate through the new Icewarp system. You will also be able to find Help items within Icewarp to answer any of yoru immediate questions.

Maintenance Window - Electrical Upgrade

Scheduled Maintenance will take place August 12 from 11:30pm - 1:30 am MT.

During this time, the servers will be down as the electrical system housing the servers is upgraded.

Emails that are being sent to you during the outage will be automatically resent by their SMTP server. Therefore, you will receive your emails but they will be delayed.

Email Server Issued Detetced - Resolved

At 11:30am (MT) an automatic Windows operating system update was began. Unfortunately, one the updates was corrupted and caused a service interruption in the email server.

Service was restored at 12:49pm (MT) after the update was completed and the systems were restarted.

There were no web service interruptions during this time.
